KSIRT
KAIFA KSIRT stands for "KAIFA Security Incident Response Team". KAIFA PSIRT is a dedicated team responsible for receiving, checking and disclosing vulnerabilities related to KAIFA products. KAIFA defines vulnerabilities as security issues that can be exploited in products. Once exploited by attackers, they can cause damage to product integrity, availability or confidentiality.
Vulnerabilities are not equivalent to quality defects. Quality defects are triggered when the triggering conditions are met without the need for attackers to exploit them, while vulnerabilities must be exploited by attackers to be triggered. Customers and suppliers will report suspected vulnerabilities related to KAIFA products to KAIFA KSIRT. KSIRT will follow ISO27032 and other industry standards to handle suspected vulnerabilities in KAIFA products.
