The system function is provided by DC, Intelligent Terminal and E-meter’s PLC module. PLC module transmit characteristic signal so as to be discovered by Intelligent Terminal. Intelligent Terminal have ability to discover E-meters or other Terminals which are installed on behind of its location in distribution perspective. Meanwhile, Intelligent Terminal also have ability to transmit characteristic signal so as to be discover by upper level Terminal. DC is responsible to gather device list discovered by each Terminal and assemble these information to generate distribution topology.
